To continue last month’s theme, today I will be providing you with another tip to help with anxiety. Today’s tip in essence is a grounding technique. Start with sitting back, firmly put your feet on the ground and take in one deep breathe. Now look around you, find five things you can see, four things you can touch , three things you can hear, two things you can smell and one things you can taste. You can repeat if necessary. This technique should make you feel calmer, present and a little more in control.
